All of our sets and products are sold here on our website, via our official Instagram and at various Arts & Crafts events in Tucson. If you purchase Caitrine Crystal sets anywhere else, be aware that they won't be authentic. We will announce on our social media and in our email newsletters if and when we sell on other platforms.

We include a free Selenite bar with every crystal set! Selenite is a powerful and must have crystal to help cleanse and recharge your environment and other crystals. We include it for free since we highly recommend owning it. Size is approximately 2.5 x 1" stick. Caution: Please be aware- Selenite fibers shed easily to the touch so do not handle this Crystal too often and keep out of reach of children! We leave ours on display or buy polished ones if we do want to hold them. Also, keep away from water.

Most of our products are mined from Brazil, unless otherwise stated. The country of origin will be listed on the individual product pages.

If you wish to add changes or cancel your order, please email us at info@caitrinecrystals.com as soon as you can! Because we move quickly to get your order delivered, we are sometimes unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.

We pay a portion of the shipping cost so that our customers can enjoy a flat ground shipping rate! Each U.S. order ships at a flat rate of $6, any order amount, to anywhere in the U.S.! For our Canadian friends, standard shipping starts at $18 for ground and $25 for express. International orders are shipped first class at a $28 flat rate shipping fee.

Our order processing time is 1 to 3 business days from the time of placing your order to fullfillment. We do not prepack sets or orders, we intuitively handpick each stone for you once you place the order(s). For more info on shipping, please visit our shipping & return page!

Every crystal- even the different forms of the same crystal- has it's own needs and while we provide some care information, we do advise you do your own research, as there is alot to learn about crystals and their healing capabilities. Crystals need to be cleansed often, charged, and some shouldn't be handled often or left in certain areas (ie in the sun, water) so be sure to do your research!

Our individual product pages have healing details for the crystals we sell and we also include complimentary informational cards with your order, for easy reference! Laslty, we publish blog posts pertaining to crystals and energy healing. However, it is reccomended that you also do your own research to help you learn more, better understand, and even find the right crystal(s) for you! We do not have all the information, since there is A LOT to know so we always encourage you to explore more on your own.

If a crystal set is out of stock, we usually can replenish within a week. All other individual sales are typically limited edition and may not be restocked or may take a while to restock (more than a month). We will announce on our social media accounts when an item is limited edition or when it is expected to be restocked!
