Crystals have existed on earth for millions of years and have been used as a form of healing and spiritual energy for centuries. They're a tool that work with your energy field to absorb, focus and direct energies. There are hundreds of crystals which all have unique properties and unique abilities. Crystals connect us to the Earth because they are tangible, physical forms that have powerful vibrations. They can be put on or around your body, worn as jewelry, displayed in your home, used in meditation, and more!

CRYSTAL ENERGY

Crystals act as a channel for healing which can help positive and healing energy flow into your body and space, causing negative energy to be drawn out. This energy continues to connect with you when you have crystals close to your body or place them in your environment. With every thought and intention you set for your crystals, they pick up on your unique vibrational energy and amplify the positive vibes that you’re cultivating. Because each crystal has different energies, it’s always good to research which crystal is right for you and your needs. 

 

CRYSTAL FORMS

Crystals come in a variety of forms- some natural and some polished/shaped (coasters, palm stones, jewelry). It's interesting and important to research the many forms (clusters, raw, tumbled, point, etc) so you can understand the purpose and abilities of the each different shape. We sell our sets with a variety of forms for the same crystal so you may enjoy the many uses- whether just displaying them as home decor (cluster, rough stone) or using them during meditation (tumbled, point). Certain forms and crystals can be touched and held while others may be unsafe to handle often and should only be on display so please be aware of usage and caution for each type.

CLEANSE & CHARGE

As powerful as crystals and healing stones are, you have to be sure to cleanse and (re)charge them often. By the time you buy a crystal, it most likely has been traveling a lot and has been in other hands so you need to cleanse and charge your stones right away. To cleanse, you can use sage, Selenite (included for free with our sets), or display under a full moon among other options. We do cleanse all our crystals before shipping them to you but you still need to cleanse them regularly. To "charge" a crystal, set your intentions for it- communicate with it the outcome(s) you desire (heal pain, aid in grief, provide confidence, etc.). Be sure to always research proper care, as some crystals should not be placed in sunlight for too long or submerged directly in water. 

 

The purchase of a crystal is the start of a relationship, and like any relationship, it needs the proper environment and care to flourish. By following these guidelines for healthy crystal care, you are ensuring that you are getting the most out of your crystal. Every crystal has it's own needs just as it has it's own abilities, so be sure to treat each kind as directed.
